Welcome to Bryce Hearing Services, Aberdeen. Below is a little introduction to some of our team members.

Jayne Bryce

Jayne Bryce is the Founder and Director of Bryce Hearing Services and has more than 30 years of experience in audiology. She began her career in the NHS, qualifying as an Audiologist in 1990 before moving into the private sector with a leading American hearing aid manufacturer based in Manchester.

After relocating to Aberdeen in 1998, Jayne spent 16 years providing private hearing care at Aberdeen Hearing Services before fulfilling her ambition of establishing Bryce Hearing Services. Her vision was to create an independent practice where patients could receive expert, honest advice and truly personalised care without compromise.

Throughout her career, Jayne has been committed to helping people reconnect with the sounds that matter most. She believes that exceptional hearing care is about listening as much as it is about technology, taking the time to understand every patient’s lifestyle, concerns and hearing goals in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Today, Jayne continues to lead Bryce Hearing Services with a focus on clinical excellence, outstanding customer care and investing in the latest hearing technology and diagnostic techniques to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care.

Fraser Bryce

Fraser Bryce joined Bryce Hearing Services in January 2022 and is proud to represent the third generation of the Bryce family to work as an Audiologist and Director of the practice. He graduated with a Diploma of Higher Education in Hearing Aid Audiology from Queen Margaret University and is committed to continually expanding his knowledge and clinical expertise. As part of his ongoing professional development, Fraser is undertaking postgraduate study at Anglia Ruskin University, allowing him to enhance his clinical skills while continuing to provide exceptional care to his patients.

Fraser is passionate about delivering personalised, patient-centred hearing care and believes that taking the time to understand each individual’s needs is key to achieving the best possible outcomes. He provides a full range of audiology services, including comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, aftercare and ear wax removal.

Committed to continuous improvement, Fraser is dedicated not only to developing his own expertise but also to enhancing the services offered by Bryce Hearing Services. His goal is to ensure the practice remains at the forefront of modern hearing healthcare, combining the latest technology with compassionate, individualised care to help patients hear with confidence and enjoy a better quality of life.

Laura

Laura has been part of the Bryce Hearing team for over 12 years now and has recently taken on the role of Practice Manager. She’s very proud to be a part of this wonderful team and to be able to help our clients every day, whether that’s simply booking an appointment or a quick fix of a hearing aid – seeing our clients leave happy and reassured is the best feeling!

Jackie

Jackie has been a valued member of our reception team since 2017. She is always happy to welcome patients with a warm smile and a chat. Her approachable nature and dedication to providing excellent customer care help make every visit to the practice a positive experience. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with family and friends, socialising, and making the most of her free time.

Denise

Denise has recently joined the reception team and loves being one of the first friendly faces people see when they visit.

Before joining the team, she worked at Aberdeen FC, which was a dream role as she is a lifelong supporter of the Dons. She is now thoroughly enjoying her new role here at Bryce, meeting new people and having a good chat with them, often about football!

Mr Bear – Chief Morale Officer

Bear is our four-legged Chief Morale Officer, responsible for greeting visitors, and is a much-loved member of the office and an expert in creating smiles!
