From 2006 there has been a legal requirement for employers with an at risk workforce to ensure regular checks are made of their employees hearing. As a general rule of thumb, industrial hearing tests are required for all workers exposed to noise above 85dB – this includes occupations where staff use heavy machinery and power tools for more than half an hour every day, as well as people who work in nightclubs and music venues.
At Bryce Hearing Services offers a range of hearing tests to assess whether your employees have any hearing loss. We also offer a wide range of noise protection ear plugs.
