Went for an earwax removal this morning. I was firstly warmly welcomed into the comfortable waiting area where I also had the privilege of meeting bear the dog! It wasn’t long at all until I was seen, and the man who did the removal could not have been friendlier, more helpful or more reassuring. I was spoken through every step of the process (which in total took a maximum of ten minutes!!) and all of my questions were answered with the upmost professionalism. My wax proved slightly ‘sticky’ so water irrigation was opted for, and the relief I felt when my ears became functional again was second to none! Thank you all so much. Our 15 year old autistic son had concerns with the hearing in his right ear, and it was causing him anxiety and preventing him from concentrating on his studies. We struggled to find somewhere that would conduct a hearing test due to his age until we came across Bryce Hearing. They saw him within 24 hours, treated him with respect, clearly explained what was happening throughout and put his mind at ease. He left knowing that his hearing was fine and that the issue was likely a residual effect of a cold from a number of weeks previously. I have recently been trialing new hearing aids and naturally there have been a few hiccups along the way, but Jayne was sp patient and professional. Both my husband and I chose Bryce Hearing Services to have our hearing tested. I was reassured that I don’t need hearing aids yet but will return in the future if needed. My husband has been trialling hearing aids for the last few weeks and found them to be game changing. The care, advice and patience shown by Fraser and Jayne has been excellent and there was no pressure to make a decision. The warmest welcome by Jackie on reception put us at ease immediately. This was my first time at Bryce Hearing Services  and it really was a First class service from Jayne and the team. From the moment I entered, the receptionist made me feel very welcome and chatted away and had no issue with me arriving early. I then had my appointment with Jayne the Audiologist and she started chatting about the history of my hearing issues. I then completed the various hearing tests and Jayne then went through the result graphs with me explaining the various areas of sounds /tones where my hearing loss was occurring. Jayne advised that my current hearing aids were doing what they are supposed to do and I really didn't require new aids at present. There was no sales pressure for me to buy new ones and  Jayne also offered me to trial another set FOC. As they are a private independent company I felt it was a much more professional & personal service I received and there was no rush to get the next customer in as there is with the larger national companies. When I pop in Jackie on reception is fabulous, friendly and chatty.

I recently used this company's service for the first time the other day for my hearing test as I work in the events industry.
And what a total pleasure it was.
Jayne and her staff were very kind, patient and helpful though out.

I will be recommending this company to my team, family and friends in the future.

Excellent service. Went in to have earwax removed and then a hearing test. Made a massive difference to my hearing, actually cant believe the change! Professional, friendly and informative.
