Aftercare and Repairs

At Bryce Hearing services we take aftercare very seriously and pride ourselves on offering the very best service.

After being fitted with a hearing solution from Bryce Hearing Services, we will continue to look after you for the life of your hearing aid.

All hearing aids have a minimum two year manufacturer’s warranty, this covers all external and internal manufacturing defects.

All repeat hearing tests and reprogramming are covered and if we can repair your hearing aid in-house there will be no charge. 

We also appreciate that not everyone can get into Aberdeen and we hold regular service visits in Inverurie at Hughes, MacDonald and Davidson Opticians and in Banchory at the Banchory Business Centre.

We also offer a home visit service for those who cannot come in to see us.
