The Bryce Clinic and its caring and loving staff capably lead by Audiologist Jayne Bryce have provided my almost ninety year old father the ability to cope with his significant hearing impairment that had caused a severe impact on his general quality of life. Having worn ineffective hearing aids for a number of years he had succumbed to a life of exclusion from day to day conversations with his beloved family. This inability to be included had taken a toll mentally on him, my mother and other family members.
The “new lease of life” he is now experiencing was always the number one goal of the Bryce Clinic who made the entire process extremely easy from the initial consultation and hearing test to the very exciting day when he received his new custom made aids. The clinic went out of their way to expedite the aid manufacturing and delivery process so my wife and I who were visiting from our home in the USA could enjoy that magical moment when my father got to experience the joy of him emotionally commenting that he hasn’t heard that well in over ten years.
It was an emotional day for everyone involved including Jayne and her colleagues who are fully vested in the success of the treatment and products they are providing to their patients. This is evident in the after care that is provided by the clinic who are only a phone call away to help troubleshoot any transition challenges that may occur. If an in clinic visit is preferred appointments are readily available and in my father’s case are an enjoyable, relaxing and very productive experience.
