In this video Brenda demonstrates just how easy it is to remove Lyric devices from your ear. One of the best things about Lyric is that you will rarely need to remove it yourself – they can be worn 24/7 for months at a time there’s no need to remove it before bed or before you jump in the shower. But there will be the odd occasion when it is necessary for the device(s) to be removed before a scheduled appointment. Lyric should always be removed before an MRI scan or if they go dead while in your ears – this should be done by your audiologist but if this isn’t possible you can remove the devices yourself. They should always be replaced by your audiologist.
